Bath Rugby Youth Teams

Bath U15 will be hosting an U15 Canadian Tour Squad from Highland RFC, Fergus, Ontario, Canada on Thursday 18th March 2010 KO.7.00pm at Bath Rugby Lambridge Training Ground................

The Highland RFC U15 Tour Party will be staying in Bath for the duration of their 9 days tour, and they have arranged a testing four match schedule - spectator support is welcomed at all their matches:

Sunday 14th March 2010  v Walcot U15 at Walcot RFC KO 12.30pm

Tuesday 16th March 2010 v Keynsham U15 at Keynsham RFC KO 6.30pm (under lights)

Thursday 18th March 2010 v Bath U15 on Lambridge Training Ground KO 7.00pm (under lights)

Saturday 20th March 2010 v Crickhowell High School U15, Powys KO 10.30am

The Highland RFC U15 players have worked hard to arrange their tour, they are an ambitious club side who seek to improve their rugby by playing in SW England. Some of the players have only been playing rugby for 1-2 years, and whilst they are here they will receive additional coaching from Bath Rugby Community Foundation. Most of their guys play ice hockey as well, and they have been rugby training in-doors during the current Canadian winter. They are looking forward to playing on grass again, as they have been snow covered for the past 2-3 months!

On Saturday 20th March, after playing Crickhowell High School, Powys, the tour party will travel to the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff to watch the Six Nations International, Wales v Italy.

A tour to remember!
