"Safety at the Scrummage" coach education evening

Bath Youth Rugby provided the first of a number of planned evenings of coach education.
This first session was available for all the Bath Mini Section coaches, with a delivery from Bath Youth Rugby coaches Dave Jones & John Harrison on "Safety at the Scrummage".
Twenty five mini coaches (including four very welcome guests from Keynsham RFC Mini Section!) attended this informative safety coaching session at Kingswood Pavilion on Tuesday 3rd November 2009.
The session aimed to provide support, advice and up-to-date education to RFU Level 1 coaches, by developing their knowledge and confidence in coaching safe scrummagging techniques across the age grades, building from Mini/Midi, through Junior and to Youth/Adult.
